1. Acceptance of Discrete Terms
By accessing or using the NovoInbox secure communication platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. NovoInbox is an invite-only service designed for high-integrity communication. Any breach of these terms results in immediate and irreversible account termination.
2. Zero-Knowledge Infrastructure
Our platform operates on a zero-knowledge principle. You are solely responsible for your encryption passphrases and private keys. NovoInbox does not store, backup, or have any technical capability to recover lost keys. Loss of your keys results in permanent loss of access to your data.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from using NovoInbox for any illegal activities as defined by the jurisdictions in which our infrastructure resides. We strictly prohibit the use of our service for mass automated communication (spam), malicious software distribution, or unauthorized network probing.
4. Account Exclusivity
Accounts are non-transferable. Invites are issued to specific individuals and verified against unique hardware identifiers upon first activation. Re-sale or public distribution of invite codes is a violation of the trust protocol and will lead to the suspension of both the issuing and the receiving accounts.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.99% uptime, NovoInbox provided services are "as is". We reserve the right to decommission nodes or perform emergency hardware migrations to maintain network integrity without prior notice to users.
